WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?

Most first appointments will include a postural assessment, ranges of movement and a visual / manual assessment of the area of pain. Massage is a manual therapy and I use cream or oil when treating. I use towels and cushions to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM MY FIRST PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?

Typically, your first session with personal trainer, will include some paperwork if needs be, a gym tour, a verbal consultation, and a brief workout and assessment. If so a meeting with us in a private and comfortable setting.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY REHAB TRAINING PROGRAM

Rehabilitation  (Rehab) is the process of training for recovery following an injury, in order to restore the person to their former functional capacity, or better.  


The ultimate goal is to return to play, or function, in the shortest possible time or to achieve a standard of performance that is either equal to, or greater, than existed pre-injury.
