Cancellations or rescheduling of online training sessions must be made at least 12 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be considered missed and non-refundable. For clients enrolled in our 6-month online training program, cancellations made mid-month will not be eligible for a refund for that month. Refunds for future unused months may be considered if written notice is provided before the next billing cycle.
